Welcome to the Cincinnati Chapter of HADASSAH!

HADASSAH, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer women's organization, whose members are motivated and inspired to strengthen their partnership with Israel, ensure Jewish continuity, and realize their potential as a dynamic force in American society.

Cincinnati Chapter offers a variety of community service and fundraising projects, as well as fun and educational special interest groups for women of all ages and interests. You can read about all our activities on the Events page throughout the year, or download a pdf file of our Summer Bulletin.

  • Opening Meeting & Installation will take place on Monday, September 20th at 11:45 a.m. at Carrabba's Italian Grill, at the corner of Mason-Montgomery and Merten Roads in Mason.  Couvert is $25 with choice of entree.  Your check is your reservation.  Renee Sandler is Installing Officer.  Co-chairs: Renee Sandler and Teri Junker.

  • The Book Discussion Group will meet on Wednesday, September 15th at 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Village.  The book to be discussed is "Songs for the Butcher's Daughter" by Peter Manseau.

  • Dinner at Mimi's Cafe on Monday, September 27th at 6 p.m. Present your flyer to your waiter when they bring your check.  Hadassah earns 15% of your tab.  RSVP to Adele Gutterman at bubalub300@aol.com.

  • Movie Mavens will enjoy lunch and a movie on Wednesday, September 29th.  Time and place TBA.  Contact Edie at erau@cinci.rr.com.

Enjoy dinner at Mimi's Cafe while earning funds for Hadassah!  Print this flyer and give it to your server when you order your dinner.  Hadassah will be credited with 15% of each sale.  Please note that this is valid for dinner only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Opening Meeting will Install New Co-Presidents
You won't want to miss our Opening Meeting/Installation on Monday, September 20th at 11:30 a.m.! Tobe Snow will step down as Chapter President and begin her new positions as Programming Vice President, Coffee Talk Coordinator and Immediate Past President.  Our new Chapter Co-Presidents are Bobbi Handwerger and Sharon Casper.  See the new Board slate here.

Donor Luncheon a Memorable Event
Donor Luncheon was held on April 14th at the Kenwood Country Club.  Adele Gutterman and Renee Sandler were honored for their outstanding contributions to Hadassah, and Ariella Perlman (daughter of renown violinist Itzhak Perlman) performed on the flute. See photos and more...
